6m Centre Console Polycraft VC

Easy to drive, very comfy and super reliable, our 6m Polycraft "Downtime" is a fantastic boat for self-drive hire. The centre console is ideal for a family day on the water, cruising the estuary and checking out the wildlife, or catching some crabs for dinner. There’s plenty of room up the front for the kids, or for all of your diving, snorkelling and camping gear.

Please note: a Skippers Ticket and corresponding Drivers Licence are required at the time of booking. Driver must be 21+ years old.

PRICE:

$495 per day for a full day hire plus whatever fuel is used.

The boat is provided clean and full of fuel and must be returned in the same condition. A $300 bond is taken at the time of hire and returned after successful inspection of the boat upon return, within 2 business days.

Launch and retrieve options are available for an additional cost ($75 for Mandurah, or $150 for Fremantle). You will be able to select this option at checkout. This includes us launching and retrieving the boat from a designated boat ramp, plus cleaning and refuelling (please note, you will still need to pay for the fuel you use during your hire). There is no additional cost for tow-away from our Mandurah location (Falcon).

PASENGERSS:

This boat operates under a 4D survey in protected waters (Mandurah Estuary, Swan River, Rottnest Channel) and can take a maximum of 8 passengers.

In the ocean it operates under a 4C survey and can take a maximum of 6 passengers.

START AND FINISH TIMES:

Pickup and drop-off (or launch and retrieve) times are subject to availability, and range between 6:30am-9am (start time) and 4pm-5:30pm (finish time) unless otherwise arranged. A comprehensive safety briefing is provided at the time of vessel handover.

Additional equipment such as fishing rods are available at the time of checkout for an additional cost.
